Andree Martinez

Andree grew up in El Paso Texas. From a family of entertainers. Her upbringing was in a family of entertainers like her sibling Karla Martinez, host of Univision's Despierta America (1997)). From the time she was a kid and a member of the family, she has been surrounded by television show hosts like Karla Martinez (Host of DespiertaAmerica on Univision)! Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE) which is one of the biggest electric utilities in America. SCE has made safety of workers as well as security of the corporate environment a primary concern. Martinez is the head of the activities and programs which are geared towards those aspects. Martinez is in charge of providing security leaders throughout the company with the support and guidance programmes that are essential to achieve their safety group goals. Martinez served as director for Safety Training and Compliance in Transmission & Distribution for SCE before assuming his current role. Before that Martinez held the position of Director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. During the 30 years working at SCE Martinez was in a variety of leadership roles in programs designed to improve performance as well as remedial actions. These included positions in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS that focused on the protection of employees and public.
